CONDITIONS
- The prices shown above are valid for any reservation made now.
- Linens, electricity, water and gas are included as well as the final cleaning, so there wil be no additional charges for utilities, cleaning or taxes.
- For stays longer that a week, weekly cleans maybe requested at a price of €25,00 per service.
- A reservation fee of 20% of the total cost is to be paid when the reservation is made. The rest must be payed upon arrival at the apartment in cash.
- A security deposit of €200,00 in cash is mandatory and will be returned to the customer upon the return of the apartment keys if no problems with the apartment or its contents arise.
- Check in is after 17:00 and checkout before 12:00. Special arrangements can be made. Late check-in, after 22:00, has a fee of €25,00.
